主要職責和活動Key Accountabilities
1.半成品巡檢員工作分配與協(xié)調、工作質量的監(jiān)督與考核、技能的指導與培訓Coordinate and distribute the jobs of the semi-finishing inspectors, supervision and check their job, train and improve the inspectors’ skill ability.
2.保持半成品工序使用的各種程序文件有效性,及時進行修訂與評審Ensure the valid of the all semi-finish process documents, revise and review these documents in time
3.每天質量例會反饋問題跟蹤與質量問題解決Feedback the quality problems in daily quality meeting, trace and solve these problems in time.
4.負責半成品區(qū)域內外部質量審核及不斷改進Responsible for the internal and external audit, and make a good continuous improvement.
5.開展及推動半成品各項質量改進活動Carry out and promote kinds of quality improvement activities in Semi-finishing work-shop.
6.協(xié)助崗位培訓師制定培訓材料和對這些崗位人員進行培訓Assist to the trainer make training material, and train these operators.

4.分析、解決問題的技能Ability to analyse and solve problems
5.質量方法的應用，例如5why、8D application of quality way, such as 5why and 8D
其他任職要求Other Requirements：
1. 本科學歷以上bachelor degree or above(can be flexible if have rice experience)
2. 具備良好英語口語能力Have good spoken English skills
3. 有較強的工作責任心 strong sense of the responsibility
