Vehicle dynamics study and simulation study to support tire development and innovation
主要職責(zé)和活動(dòng)Key Accountabilities
1. 車輛與輪胎動(dòng)力學(xué)研究. Vehicle and Tire dynamics study .
2. 車輛主觀測(cè)試方法及測(cè)試結(jié)果研究. Vehicle subjective test method , result analysis and study .
3. 車輛客觀測(cè)試方法及測(cè)試結(jié)果研究. Vehicle objective test method , result analysis and study .
4. 車輛仿真分析 (VI-Grade, CarSim...). Vehicle simulation (VI-Grade, CarSim...) .
5. 與客戶車輛動(dòng)力學(xué)工程師溝通交流. Communicate with vehicle dynamics engineer of OEMs .
所需專業(yè)知識(shí)（最多8項(xiàng)）Professional Knowledge(Max. 8)：
1.扎實(shí)的車輛及輪胎動(dòng)力學(xué)方面知識(shí) . Knowedge of vehicle and tire dynamics .
2.熟悉車輛客觀測(cè)試各傳感器及測(cè)試方法數(shù)據(jù)處理 . Knowedge of objective test equipments and test technique .
3.輪胎MTS試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析與管理技能 . Knowedge of Tire MTS test results analysis and result manager .
4.熟練運(yùn)用MATLAB . Master user of MATLAB..
5.具有輪車輛仿真軟件使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)(VI-Grade, CarSim...). Knowedge of vehicle simulation software(VI-Grade, CarSim...) .
6.Python編程能力. Knowedge of Python.
所需技能和技巧（最多8項(xiàng)）SKILLS (Max. 8 - dictionary already available)：
1.熟練的英語聽說讀寫能力Fluent English
2.項(xiàng)目管理能力Project management skills
3.良好的溝通能力Very good communication skills
其他任職要求Other Requirements：
車輛工程專業(yè)，碩士或博士學(xué)歷. Master or Doctor degree in Vehicle (could be flexible if with rich experience)
