崗位職責(zé)：
The position belongs to the process develoment team and report to the R&D Process Manager. 本職位隸屬于工藝研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，將向研發(fā)工藝經(jīng)理匯報(bào)工作
-Promote and be leader of activities aimed at improving the existing production processes to meet the requirements of the new products and materials developed.
推動(dòng)并成為改善現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)工藝活動(dòng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，以滿足新產(chǎn)品和材料開發(fā)
- Follow the introduction of new processes and equipment in order to get the necessary know-how to make them working in a proper condition for Quality and Production.
為獲得必要的專業(yè)知識(shí)，將遵從新的過程和設(shè)備的引導(dǎo)，使他們?cè)谝粋€(gè)適當(dāng)?shù)臈l件下為質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)工作
- Analyse the processes to identify the areas of improvement, Propose and design solutions, follow their implementation and ensure the delivery of the results.
對(duì)工藝進(jìn)行分析確定需要提高之處、提出并設(shè)計(jì)解決方案，跟進(jìn)實(shí)施并確保結(jié)果的輸出
- Use a variety of tools and resources to carry out tasks, ranging from simple modeling algorithms to the organisation and conduction of tests in the shopfloor.
使用大量的工具和資源開展實(shí)施工作,從簡(jiǎn)單的建模算法到組織和在車間的測(cè)試
- Prepare periodical technical reports with the results they achieved.
結(jié)合取得的成果，定期準(zhǔn)備技術(shù)報(bào)告
- Understand how the processes are designed and measure their performances either from quality or capacity side.
了解過程工藝如何被設(shè)計(jì)，并從質(zhì)量或能力角度評(píng)估績(jī)效
- Work in close contact with quality, engineering and production teams in order to reach common targets.
主要合作部門質(zhì)量、工程和生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)，以實(shí)現(xiàn)共同目標(biāo)
任職要求：
- Above bachelor degree, Majored in relate to macromolecule speialty/rubber and has process/quality improvement experiences.
本科及以上學(xué)歷，高分子、橡膠等相關(guān)專業(yè)，有工藝/質(zhì)量改善從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
-Able to apply the technical knowledge and tools learned at the university.
能夠熟練運(yùn)用在大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的專業(yè)知識(shí)和工具
- Can design basic mechanical and electronical solutions. Can draw simple mechanical parts.
可以設(shè)計(jì)基本的機(jī)械和電子解決方案，能畫出簡(jiǎn)單的機(jī)械部件
- Basic understanding of programming, can use design softwares such as ProE or Autocad
了解基本的編程、熟練使用設(shè)計(jì)軟件：比如 ProE、Auto CAD
- Can speak English and can communicate clearly.
良好英語基礎(chǔ)，能進(jìn)行工作交流
- Proactive in suggesting and testing new solutions.
積極主動(dòng)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出解決方案
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和溝通能力
