Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.保持設(shè)備和工作區(qū)域整潔，有序，執(zhí)行基本的預(yù)防維護(hù)。
undertake TPM (Total Productive maintenance) on machine tools承擔(dān)機(jī)器設(shè)備TPM活動(dòng)。
To follow PPE and 5S,fire fighting management requirement 遵從和執(zhí)行作業(yè)范圍內(nèi)的勞保用品和5S和消防作業(yè)管理要求
Welding quality control, try to control the welding defects within the allowable range焊接質(zhì)量控制，盡可能將焊接缺陷控制在允許的范圍內(nèi)
Strive to improve welding technology, ｓelect appropriate welding position and ensure proper ｓelection of welding process parameters to improve welding quality努力提高焊接技術(shù)，選擇合適的焊接位置，確保焊接工藝參數(shù)選擇得當(dāng)?shù)确绞教岣吆附淤|(zhì)量
Use the technical methods of various position welding operations to analyze the quality of the workpiece and propose measures to prevent quality problems運(yùn)用各種位置焊接操作的技術(shù)方法，對工件進(jìn)行質(zhì)量分析，提出預(yù)防質(zhì)量問題的措施
Analyze and solve various quality problems and faults during welding production分析焊接生產(chǎn)過程中的各種質(zhì)量問題和故障，并加以解決
