Reporting to the Facility Management Manager, the person in charge will be the maximum responsible of the Maintenance regarding the Test tracks.
向構(gòu)筑物管理經(jīng)理匯報(bào)，負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)測(cè)試道路維護(hù)負(fù)有最大責(zé)任。
RESPONSIBILITIES職責(zé)
New Facilities:
新的構(gòu)筑物：
Coordinate lead the team that will lead A to Z the construction installation of all new facilities in the complex that involves the test tracks.
協(xié)調(diào)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)所有涉及測(cè)試道路的綜合性新構(gòu)筑物從開(kāi)始建設(shè)和安裝到結(jié)束的全過(guò)程。
Coordinate lead the maintenance team fthe daily programed maintenance actions (Preventive corrective maintenance) regarding the test tracks.
協(xié)調(diào)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)維護(hù)團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)展與測(cè)試道路相關(guān)的日常和程序性的維護(hù)活動(dòng)（預(yù)防性的和糾正性的維護(hù)）。
To define the Maintenance budget fthe year keep all the facilities (test tracks) in a perfect shape functioning.
制定每年的維護(hù)預(yù)算，保持所有構(gòu)筑物（測(cè)試道路）處于正常的外形和功能。
To define implement the maintenance plan fthe test tracks (preventive corrective) along the time.
制定并執(zhí)行測(cè)試道路的維護(hù)計(jì)劃（預(yù)防性和糾正性的）。
24 hours availability fsolving any urgent maintenance issues.
24小時(shí)待命解決任何緊急的維護(hù)問(wèn)題。
Report to Facility Management Manager on the maintenance actions to be done in the test track.
向構(gòu)筑物管理經(jīng)理報(bào)告針對(duì)測(cè)試道路所開(kāi)展的維護(hù)行動(dòng)。
Collect, study ｅxecute (if required) the petitions requirements clients (internal external) civil works utilities point of view.
收集、研究和執(zhí)行（如有必要）客戶（內(nèi)部和外部的）關(guān)于土建工作和公共設(shè)施的請(qǐng)求和要求。
Ensure the compliance with local regulations IDIADA’s best practices regarding environmental management of the tracks.
確保測(cè)試道路的環(huán)境管理遵守當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)和IDIADA的最佳實(shí)踐。
Other Tasks:

Any other task that may be assigned by the management of the Company.

Profile背景：
Experienced to work in service companies preferably in Road civil works linear constructions.
有在道路或土木工程線性建設(shè)服務(wù)公司工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
It is not essential experience, but work management experience on roads highways will be valued.
非必需經(jīng)驗(yàn)，但有道路和高速公路的建設(shè)和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)視為加分項(xiàng)。
Experience in human resources management will be valued.
有人員管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)是加分項(xiàng)。
Capable of team working but also capable of taking decisions autonomously.
有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力，也有自主決策能力。
User level knowledge of IT management tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint equivalents; Computer-aided design tools autocad similar.
用戶層面的IT管理工具知識(shí)，如Excel, Word, PowerPoint 或?qū)?yīng)工具；計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件autoCAD或類似工具。
Knowledge concern the prevention of occupational hazards related to maintenance activities.
了解并關(guān)注與維護(hù)活動(dòng)相關(guān)的職業(yè)危害防護(hù)知識(shí)。
shift overtime may be required.
可能需要倒班和加班。
Education教育背景：
Civil Construction engineer, experienced in the Construction design Road Maintenance.
土木工程或建筑工程師，有建筑設(shè)計(jì)或道路養(yǎng)護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Languages 語(yǔ)言：
Very good level of English.
良好的英語(yǔ)水平。
Very good level of Chinese, negotiation level.
良好的漢語(yǔ)水平，能進(jìn)行談判。
Other languages will be valued.
其他語(yǔ)言被視為加分項(xiàng)。
