主要職責和活動Key Accountabilities
1.材料性能的分析檢測以及數(shù)據(jù)的輸出Analysis and test materials’ properties and output of test data
2.建立并完善實驗室管理體系Establish, improve the system of chemical laboratory management.
3.按照全球倍耐力方針規(guī)范儀器和測量標準Standardize instruments and measurement criteria following the worldwide Pirelli guidelines
4.工作常所符合健康安全環(huán)境條例和法律法規(guī)要求Compliance with the Health, Safety and Environmental rules and legislation on the workplace
5.提高和認證操作人員能力Improve and certify operators‘ skill
6.協(xié)同設備管理員進行實驗室設備管理Work together with material lab equipment administer to manage lab equipments
7.提出消耗品采購需求Apply purchase list of consumable to statistican
8.材料實驗室現(xiàn)場5S與目視化管理的實施Supervise the implement of 5S standardization task and visualization in material lab
所需專業(yè)知識Professional Knowledge：
1.化學或高分子材料相關專業(yè)或者相關工作經(jīng)歷；Major in chemical or Polymer material or related work experience;
2. ISO17025實驗室管理體系和IATF16949質量管理體系；ISO17025 laboratory management system and IATF16949 quality management system;
3.健康安全環(huán)境條例和法律法規(guī)的相關要求；Requirement of Health, Safety and Environmental rules and legislation;
4.熟悉實驗室檢驗流程，相關標準方法、設備安全操作規(guī)程等，現(xiàn)場5S及目視化管理技巧；Laboratory test process flow chart and related method SOP、 equipment safety working procedure etc, 5S and visual management skills;
5.了解材料標準 Know about the material specification
6.了解材料控制計劃 Know about the quality control plan
7.實驗室質量體系內審資質；Lab quality system inner audit certification；
所需技能和技巧SKILLS：
1.流利的英語口語和較強的書寫能力；Fluent oral and written English;
2.了解會使用Unique lab 系統(tǒng)，RMQ系統(tǒng)；Know and use Unique lab, RMQ system;
3.熟悉實驗室質量體系文件的編寫與制定；Know well about the compiling of lab quality system document;
4.檢測數(shù)據(jù)的分析能力；Ability of analysis data;
5.熟練操作電腦辦公軟件；Skilled in operating computer office software
6.具有團隊精神，很強的溝通與合作能力；Team spirit, strong communication and cooperation ability;
7.領導能力；Leadership skills;
