主要職責(zé)和活動Key Accountabilities
1.收集并更新生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)， 如標準工時、OEE等。
Collect and update onsite production data, such as standard work time, OEE etc.
2.協(xié)助支持IE 經(jīng)理推行持續(xù)改進項目
Support IE manager to execute local PMS projects
3. 與當(dāng)?shù)馗鞑块T配合，采取盡可能多的措施降低成本，提高效率。
Take as many actions as possible to reduce cost and improve efficiency by interacting with local functions.
3.監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)進行的狀態(tài)，發(fā)現(xiàn)并支持解決生產(chǎn)瓶頸問題，保證生產(chǎn)計劃（產(chǎn)量，規(guī)格，時間等等）的完成；
Monitor production status, find out the bottleneck of production and support for solutions, guarantee the completion of production plan (volume, mix, time etc.) .
4.支持IE 經(jīng)理監(jiān)控運營關(guān)鍵業(yè)績指標，配合總部工業(yè)工程部門在本地開展改進項目
Support IE manager to monitor industrial indicators of the plant in order to evaluate their degree of efficiency. Cooperation with HQ IE department to develop local PMS projects in line with the PMS guidelines.
5.配合IE 經(jīng)理開展其他與崗位相關(guān)的其他工作
Other relevant job related to position。
任職要求Requirements：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷 (經(jīng)驗豐富者可放寬)， 工業(yè)工程相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Degree: University or above, major in IE or relevant (could be flexible if rich experience).
2.2年以上生產(chǎn)管理或IE工作經(jīng)驗，熟練掌握八大浪費、IE七大手法、工作布局改善、線平衡優(yōu)化等IE常用改善手法；
Experience: >2 years’ experience in production management or IE. Proficient in mastering IE improvement techniques such as the Eight Wastes, IE Seven Techniques, work layout improvement, and line balance optimization etc.
3.認真負責(zé)，有較強的溝通表達能力和執(zhí)行能力，較強的團隊意識和合作精神。
Ernest and responsible. Strong communication and execution abilities, strong team spirit and cooperation spirit.
4. 英語六級，口語流利。
CET-6, Good spoken English skills。
